Their dazzling colors are thanks to the years in the 17th century when tulip mania swept the globe and the most eye-catching specimens changed hands for a small fortune. But like a rainbow, this colorful landscape is a short-lived phenomenon. When the flowers are gone, the land will be cultivated for a rather more mundane crop of vegetables. A glorious patchwork. Kongsi benda yang baik
I dapat email from a friend cara Wardina mendidik anak untuk solat. I hope Wardina tak keberatan untuk I kongsi bersama pembaca lain untuk kebaikan.
So please do read on ya friends
BERBALOI PENAT LELAH KU......from FB Wardina
Ni diambil dari wall Wardina… terasa kerdilnye diri ini…..tak tau macam mane nak capai tahap wardina ni….insyaallah…
Dear mums AND DAD and all my fren...
I have to share this with you... because i feel so happy and i feel that all my penat lelah paid off...
I started to make my Amna to solat 5 times a day when she was 7, on her 7th birthday...we had a talk...(check note lama) tapi preparation since 6 la...tapi dari kecik memang selalu ikut2 la kami solat....she hasnt missed her solat since. Walaupun lambat, tetap solat. I made sure of that - because the key is SOLAT ni kalau tak tanam dari kecik memang LIAT nanti....But it is very important to keep this in mind:-
1) kalau kita bagi dia tinggal WALAUPUN sekali nanti we are sending the wrong signal - kena make sure - every waktu without fail, walaupun penat, ataupun lambat
2)l Selalu kalau boleh solat together..mula2 memang kena solat together....kalau tak ada rumah make sure an adult in the house pastikan anak kita solat. (hari tu Amna pergi her reading class, i asked her teacher to take her to the suarau)
lepas solat time tu lah peluk cium, senyum - i always kiss her at the head and say "Barakallahufiha" Ya Allah make my Amna a good Muslim Ya Allah....make her never miss her solat Ya Allah.....kuat2 bagi dia dengar....ps:- kalau kena amik cuti ambillah - bukan waktu exam je amik cuti - buatlah STEP ini, yakni melangkah ke alam 7 thaun dan tidak meninggalkan solat A BIG Thing! "mama amik cuti hari ni sebab nak pastikan yang adik solat 5 waktu sehari!"
3)Selalu cerita how IMPORATAMT it is to solat..how Allah is watching us... how we are good Muslims when we solat, how Allah loves us, Solat tu, untuk kita, bukan untuk Allah.....TAPI selalu jugak cerita yang akan ada orang TAK solat...acknowledge the fact that sometimes we feel lazy to solat....itu semua kerja SETAN! Fight them off....! I tell Amna that even some grown ups tak solat! I tell Amna that....we have to be strong.. we have to tell ourselves we will NEVER miss our solat.....
4)Awal2 subuh ni memang tak bangunkan, tapi as soon as dia bangun pagi, ill ask her to solat straight away.(yes memang leceh..but we have to, and we have to do it with LOVE diselang seli dgn strictness)
5)kalau dia tinggal - DENGAN sengaja, i take the rotan and hit her on her tapak tangan slowly, just as a reminder. After that i hug her and tell her i love her, and i just want her to remember - and guess what?? memang dia ingat!!! (3 kali baru, i think not bad, sampai satu hari dia terlambat solat, sebab keluar dan memang tak ingat, dia yang suruh rotan) But i tell her kalau TERLUPA atau TERTIDUR its ok...but kena solat terus bila bangun.
Macam ni ceritanya, i told Amna, kalau Ummi ambik Amna dari sekolah lambat, Amna solat dulu Asar kat sekolah....tadi memang datang lambat...i was loking for her..and guess what????
She was actually praying her Asar prayers...i wanted to pengsan and cry...she did all by herself.... i pun told her how happy and how proud i was of her...i tanya dia kenapa? dia kata "Amna ingat apa Ummi cakap".....cair nya hatiku ini.
Apa lagi, Ummi ni peluk cium dia....and called nenek at Australia...now im sharing with all of you!!!Because i want us to raise generation of good Muslims that are disciplined, smart, intelligent -that remembers Allah because the world so BADLY needs good QUALITY Muslims like this!!!
And the foundation is - to start them off right - solat at SEVEN! Yes just as how Rasulullah asked us!
I love you all!!! Good night.....
** i took that picture of Amna praying from my table, dia sendiri bangun solat Isyak...without even bothering me..berbunga hati seorang ibu....

Rub your stomach blues away effortlessly using nothing but your hand.....
Benda baik kita kongsilah bersamakan.Dapat ni pun dari forward email dari kawan-kawan.
Did You Know...
... that you can rub your stomach blues away effortlessly using nothing but your hand -- for only 2 minutes a day?
This may sound hard to believe, but Dr. Stephen Chang, an M.D. and Ph.D. who's trained in both Western and Chinese medicine, states that this simple 2-minute internal exercise, which does not come from Western medicine, but rather from the wisdom of ancient Chinese sages -- has been used successfully as a self-healing mechanism for over 6,000 years.
Whatever you do, don't confuse this internal exercise with the external exercises of the Western world, such as sit-ups, crunches and other movements that only firm up the underlying stomach muscles ... but do nothing to melt the fat surrounding those muscles.
According to Dr. Chang, losing weight is a simple matter of increasing the efficiency of the digestive system. If you've ever wondered why you fail to shed pounds even when you reduce your food and/or caloric intake -- the reason is because your digestive and eliminatory systems are not functioning efficiently.
The following 2-minute exercise works like a gentle colonic irrigation that helps speed up a sluggish digestive system (which usually carries at least 5 pounds of fecal matter within it), and this elimination of useless sludge has the effect of burning off excess fat. The exercise effectively metabolizes the fatty tissues around the stomach and intestines, and flushes them out of your body through blood, sweat, urine, and feces.
Here's how to do the stomach-rubbing exercise:
1) Lie flat on your back on your bed or on the floor. Take your top off or pull it up so that your abdominal area is bare.
2) Rub your hands together vigorously for about 15 seconds, or until they feel hot.
3) Place one of your hands directly on your belly button and begin to rub in small circles around your belly button, and gradually make the circles larger (as shown in the diagram). Use fairly firm but comfortable pressure and rub at a slow, even pace, approximately 1 circle per second.
4) Concentrate on the heat building up in, around and throughout your stomach.
5) Do about 40 to 50 circles, or for an approximate duration of 2 minutes or more.
Note: It is important to keep the abdominal area warm while doing the exercise, especially during winter months when even heated indoor air tends to be cool.
For best results, do this routine twice a day for 2 minutes -- first thing in the morning (before breakfast) and just before you go to bed. Most people see noticeable results within 1 week of consistent practice.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the stomach is the center of energy. Massaging the stomach in the manner described above therefore accomplishes more than just melting away adipose tissue (fat). It also ...
* stimulates the abdominal organs
* helps speed up slow digestion and remedies constipation
* increases blood circulation in the abdominal area
* helps heal indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and the adverse
effects of overeating
Caution: The stomach massage should not be practiced immediately after a heavy meal. Neither is it advisable for women who are pregnant, or have inflammation of the uterus, bladd

Can water be affected by our words?
Somebody email me this and I find it kinda interesting. So I tot why not share it with you guys.
Can water be affected by our words?
Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist, believes so.
And he has proof.
Dr. Emoto took water droplets, exposed them to various words, music, and environments, and froze them for three hours. He then examined the crystal formations under a dark field microscope. And he took photographs.
The results were totally mind-blowing.
Here's a photo of ordinary water without any prayer spoken over it. The molecular structure is in disarray.
The photo below is water after the prayer was said. It's simply breathtaking. (I now have a great respect for praying before meals! More on this later.)
Yes! 72% of your body is made up of water.
Imagine how your words affect your own body. When you say, "I'm a failure," or "I'm hopeless," or "I won't get well," imagine how these words weaken your health.
Make a choice to say the best words out there. Say often, "I'm wonderful," and "I'm beautiful,".
It's not only water.
Dr. Emoto also experimented with cooked rice. He placed one cup of cooked rice in two airtight jars. On one jar, he wrote, "I love you," and on the other, "You fool." Everyday for 30 days, Dr. Emoto would say these words to each jar of rice.
After 30 days, the "I love you" rice was still white. But the "You fool" rice was so rotten, it was black. How can you explain this?
Just as a side note: When I was a child, my mother taught me to pray before meals. Now I realize it wasn't just a nice thing to do. When I pray over my meal, I know a material transformation takes place in the molecular level of the food that I pray for. I say, "Be blessed," to the water and food on the table—and I expect it to be blessed.
Yeah – that's why we always wish others well on birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, festivals, examination days, etc…. BE BLESSED, everybody!!!

Dr. Emoto also exposed water to Heavy Metal music. Here's how it looks like. Looks sad if you ask me.
Here's water exposed to classical music and folk dance music. Looks much better, right?
Next, Dr. Emoto stuck a piece of paper with these words: "You make me sick. I will kill you." Here's how the frozen water droplets looks like under the microscope…
Below is how water looked like with the words "Love" over it. The difference is amazing.
This is Polluted water…
This is water from Lourdes , France . Utterly beautiful, right?
